AAC Block Production Line

LAXMI EN-FAB PVT. LTD designs and manufactures AAC lightweight block making plant, to meet the specific requirements of the market and customers. As a new building material, AAC lightweight block production line fulfills the demand of concrete industry, which requires to save the natural resources and protect the environment. With Germany technology and our own R&D, we provide our customers state-of-the-art AAC lightweight block making plant.

AAC is produced out of a mix of cement, lime, fly ash, gangue, river sand and aluminium powder etc., through batching, mixing, casting, cutting and autoclaving. AAC has the advantages of extremely light weight, high compressive strength, excellent thermal insulation, great acoustic insulation and high fire resistance. AAC can be produced in a large variety of sizes, from stand blocks to large reinforced panels, and it can be cut, sawn, drilled, nailed and milled like wood, making it an extremely workable product. AAC is environment-friendly and new building material.

AERIAL TILTING HANGER

Working Principle of Cutting Machine in AAC Plant:

The swinging hanger of cutter turns the mould in 900 in th air ,demoulds the blank and puts it onto cutting table together with the side plate.The blank on the cutting table is cut by the longitudinal cutting device through the motor and its own running .After completion and running at the pause position,the blank is cut horizontally by the motor to the center of the blank .The cross cutting holder landed vertically from top to bottom until reset.

Features of Step Mobile Cutting Machine

  1. The porcelain body flips to be upright to make width of porcelain body 600 mm, the height 1200 mm, so cutting wire like this is more short, not easy to break, not easy to drift, and the cutting precision;
  2. The model is lean, practical, and convenient in installation and maintenance;
  3. The longitudinal cutting device is fixed. Porcelain body walks on the cutting car to finish longitudinal cutting. The horizontal crosscut device adopting chain transmission can keep crosscut frame and lift transmission in consistence and ensure the cutting precision;
  4. The both sides of the erected porcelain body (600 mm wide) can be in the longitudinal cutting porcelain body, at the same time completing milling flutes without configuring slot processing equipment;
  5. This equipment is simple and convenient in operation. The machine cutting process (flip, longitudinal cut, crosscut) respectively completes in different location, so each station location work are simplified, operation and maintenance convenient.
  6. This machine produces not only block but also plank, and makes six porcelain body surface cutting, so the product quality won't be influenced by TuMo oil and die deformation;

Working Principle of Step Fixation Cutting Machinery:

The tilting hanger in AAC production line turns the mould 90 in the air ,demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plate .The cutting cart driven by the motor runs slowly through the vertical cutting device ,and runs to the horizontal cross¬-cutting support falls down from the top to make horizontal cutting until the reset upward.
