Autoclave Boiler

This autoclave is made of steel and in horizontal barrel shape. The autoclave is made from a whole piece of 16Mnr. The flanges of this autoclave are forged wholly of 16 Mnr. Weld beads of pressure parts are executed for heat treatment and damage free test.

Pouring Mixer

Pouring Mixer for AAC Line Pourign Mixter for AAC Line is designed to pour the rated lime powder,cement ,slurry aluminum paste into the mixer,evenly and equally mix to the mould containe.The different kinds of raw materials and slurry flow into this mixer for wholly mixing, Then pour into the mould. This mixer is necessary for pouring. The mixing Cycle is about 8 minutes. The percentage of raw materials: Fly ash (or sand): Lime: Cement: Gypsum = 70: 20: 7: 3, with few aluminum powder. Structure Feature

The machine mix to form strong vortex by propeller, in order to fully break the envelope of the quicklime particles to make uniformly mixed. At the same time, the pouring boom can adjust the height in the pouring process to prevent the splash.Stationary pouring machine is the special equipment for making 50,000-300,000m3 AAC blocks, matched with the electric ferry push car. Producing at high speed and high efficiency, mainly mix the slurry,cement,quicklime,plaster and Aluminum paste suspended liquid which are poured into the silos according to a certain ratio.The movable pouring machine is suitable for the AAC line below 50,000m3.By working moving and returning, the pouring speed is fast, the occupancy area is small and easily operated. At the same time, the pouring height can be adjusted by rising and falling.

The Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between moving jaw plate and toggle plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Ball Mill

Ball mill is the indispensable equipment for grinding after the crushing process, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.

Working Principle of Ball Mill:

This miling machine is a skeleton pattern ball mill with horizontal cylindrical turning gear, drive by outer gear and two hoppers. The material goes to the first hopper after the spiraling by the quill shaft from the feeding equipment. The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning to ram hard and grind material. After the kibbling in the first hopper, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second hopper, which has plane scale board with steel ball inside to grind material. The powder material will be discharged from the grid plate to finish the grinding.

Ball Mill Structure:

The grinding mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.

This machine is mainly used for a certain proportion of the tanks into the pulp , cement , lime , gypsum and aluminum paste liquid suspended mixing , make it full mixing , full response , and it will be mixed pulp molding note in the box in time .In the interior of the stir intensity and time , to the quality of autoclaved-aerated-concrete has very big effect .
